About me and my practice
When you walk through my door (or log into our virtual session), you're not just another client to me. You're a unique individual with your own story, struggles, and strengths. And my job isn't to tell you what to do or how to feelit's to help you uncover the answers that are already within you.
Whatever your path, my commitment to you goes beyond just sitting in a 'room' together. It's about creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and truly understood. So whether you're struggling with anxiety, facing a tough decision, or simply feeling lost in life, I offer you a safe and welcoming space for you to explore your issues.
